Return & Exchanges

All made-to-order items are embroidered in house specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order or custom items.

For non–made-to-order items, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
